Angela Stephens

real estate guide

I grew up in Manila and moved to the USA when I was 20 years old. Nursing wasn’t in the plans for college back home. Yet, somehow, I ended up enrolling in a nursing program at a Community College a year after I moved to California. My husband and I met in college, married, started a family and bought our first house. We used the equity on the sale of the house to pay for our moving expenses and purchase of our next home in Texas. For the first time, I recognized the power of equity in real estate. Since then, we have bought and sold several homes and investment properties. I retired from 32 years of service in nursing last year. It felt very natural to pursue a second career as a Realtor. I love helping people and I am an excellent problem solver. These are great qualities in a guide who will help navigate your real estate journey. I am also a “rehabber”. Not the hospital kind. I am passionate about finding, fixing and improving homes affordably while maintaining quality so that others can
enjoy all the benefits of home ownership.
