Project overview
They rented this house for years.
Raised three wild, wonderful kids here.
Made memories in spaces that weren’t perfect—but were full of love.
Then one day, this family decided:
This house wasn’t a stepping stone.
It was home.
So they bought it.
And with 6th Ave, they rebuilt it—entirely.
We added over 300 square feet.
Gutted it down to the studs.
Redesigned the layout from scratch.
Built a carport with a second-story balcony.
And then came the design:
Contemporary Spanish Revival with a heartbeat.
A custom iron front door.
Terracotta hues. Bright, joyful tilework.
Arched entries. Patterned floors. Bold color stories woven room by room.
Every detail was chosen with purpose—to reflect the vibrant family inside.
What once felt like a rental is now a sanctuary.
Not just stylish—but soulful.
This is what happens when you don’t just move on...
You move deeper.
You take the house that held your story—and give it new life.
