Erin Hahn
real estate guide
I grew up in the Texas Hill Country where my family was involved in many different aspects of the real estate business including farm and ranch, residential construction, multi-family and commercial properties. I moved to Fort Worth in 2012 shortly after graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in History (hook ‘em.) My first apartment in the city was in a 100 year old former grocery store in the Near Southside, which sparked my interest in historic properties. I have been an entrepreneur my entire life, starting as a teenager operating a vending machine at my parents’ office, then as a rare book dealer and later running a food truck and a small veggie burger joint in Fort Worth’s River East neighborhood. Most recently I have been a commercial real estate investor and property manager. I’m driven by a desire to provide excellent service, whether in a bookshop, restaurant or in real estate, and love helping people achieve their real estate goals.
I live in the Eastern Hills neighborhood of Fort Worth with my partner Zachary and cat Polly. In my free time I enjoy baking, hosting themed dinner parties/movie nights, listening to history podcasts and running the occasional half marathon.
