6th Avenue Homes is four companies under one roof — a real estate brokerage, an
interior design team, a pool & outdoor team, and a construction company — so one
team can buy, sell, design, and build a home on a single plan and budget. Our
agents do not renovate; our construction company does. Design-build means the
plan you approve is the plan that gets built, billed cost-plus (transparent
materials + labor + markup, no padded line items).

Recruiting is a real line of this business, not an afterthought — 6th Ave Homes runs a
55+ agent brokerage out of two offices and hires new agents, agents moving from another
brokerage, and agents building a part-time path.
- The broker does not compete with its agents. The owners build and renovate houses; they
  are not agents, they carry no book of clients, and they are not across the table at a
  closing.
- Because construction and design are where the company makes its living, the brokerage
  spends on agents rather than earning its keep off them.
- "Elevate" is the named support program every agent is part of, organised in four parts —
  purpose, pipeline, productivity, profit. It includes a personal website designed and
  built for the agent at no cost, brand identity and graphic design support, social templates
  and cross-promotion, quarterly team shoots and headshots, a photo library to pull from,
  RealScout and
  Rechat, admin help, a transaction coordinator, weekly training and mentorship, AI tools
  and training, E&O insurance, and referral bonuses when an agent brings a client to the
  construction, design or pool teams.
