megan chou
real estate guide
I was born and raised in Plano, TX and attended The University of Arlington where I received my undergraduate degree in Biology in an attempt to follow the beaten path. However, very soon after graduation, I made the life-changing decision to leave Texas and move to Los Angeles to get out of the suburbs and stretch my legs in a big city. For three years I lived my best life and even found work as an Executive Assistant to a real estate investor, flipping homes and wholesaling, where I discovered my passion for real estate. In 2020 my family needed me back home in Texas, so I headed back with my newly-found passion and got licensed as a real estate agent. In my first year, I focused solely on Apartment Locating, where I learned the ins and outs of leasing and helped over 100 people find their new home. Many of those same clients came back the next year asking if I would help them buy their first home, and I happily dove into residential sales. The joy I have in being a part of such a huge step in someone's journey of life, whether it's buying, selling, investing, or leasing, has been unmatched. I am so excited to continue supporting my clients with the endless resources we have here at 6th Ave Homes!
