Project overview

This project was one of the good ones. The bones of this house were incredible. In the kitchen and bathrooms we were able to reuse the existing cabinets and cleaned them up with a fresh coat of paint, new countertop, and new sinks and faucets. Each of the bathrooms received new tile throughout with new plumbing fixtures. On the back of the house we removed the windows and doors from a previous remodel. New windows and doors on the back of the house brought the home back to the original architecture. The master suite features separate his and her bathrooms, leaving so much room for potential. While we kept the materials and finishes the same through both bathrooms, we created contrast in the wife's updated master bath using Fireclay Tile's 3x12" Sea Glass within the wet room.The way sustainable remodeling played into this project makes it a favorite of ours. Remodeling is an incredible way to get a home with so much character, while also being able to make it your own.
