Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Construction, Project Management or Engineering.

Minimum of 2 years construction project management experience.

Proven experience as a construction project manager or related role.

Working knowledge of all construction trades and construction means and methods.

• Provide accurate estimates for needed supplies, manpower, resources, etc.

• Oversee construction projects from construction to completion

• Creating and overseeing project timelines

• Cross functional coordination for logistics with vendors

Quality Control

• Oversee the overall quality and coordination and efficiency of every renovation project.

• Ensure quality and compliance with regulatory bodies

Budeting

• Responsible for the profit, revenue and operating expenses of the company

• Reporting and tracking status reports

• Creating customer bids and internal bids

Management

• Hiring, firing, training and ultimately keeping every team member accountable

• Leading team meetings

Customer Management

• Managing customers expectations and being their point of contact throughout a construction process

Sales

• Meeting with clients and selling jobs

• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities

• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
