Construction + Permit Sets (Primary Responsibility)

Create full construction and permit-ready drawing sets using Revit. You’ll work from existing templates, completed project examples, and direction from our team.

Typical sheets include (when applicable):

• Title Page

• Existing Site Plan

• New Construction Site Plan

• Existing Floor Plan

• Demo Plan

• New Construction Floor Plan

• Roof Plan

• Electrical Plan

• Plumbing Plan

• Exterior Elevations

• Interior Elevations

• 3D Views

• Door + Window Schedules

Expectation: clean, accurate, consistent sets that builders can actually use.

Concept Floor Plan Sets

Take client feedback, existing home scans / measurements, and high-level goals, and turn that into 3 distinct floor plan options that solve real layout problems, reflect how people actually live, and align with the client’s vision.

This is about thoughtful, creative problem solving.

3D Modeling (When Needed)

Build Revit models for Revision 1 sets to help visualize the space, help clients better understand layout + flow, and catch issues before construction.

No need for full renderings, just clean, usable 3D views.

• Prefer focused, behind-the-scenes work over client interaction

• Are based in the U.S. (Texas preferred)
