Project overview

This Mira Vista primary bath was stuck in the ‘90s—think faux-Tuscan textures, glass block walls, awkward angles, and lighting that did the space no favors. The clients brought in an outside designer for the vision, and we stepped in to bring it to life with full construction execution.

The transformation was dramatic. We demo’d everything back to the studs and rebuilt the space with cleaner lines, intentional details, and a bold new vibe. From relocating plumbing to refreshing lighting, every layer was crafted to elevate the design.

The star of the show? A wall-to-wall green herringbone tile shower with a zero-entry threshold—striking, seamless, and just plain cool. Combined with fluted cabinetry, gold accents, and a freestanding tub, the new layout is modern, playful, and full of soul.

It was a smooth process start to finish, and a great example of how builder–designer collaboration can bring a bold vision to life.
