Project overview

When past clients in Fort Worth’s Overton Park neighborhood discovered a leak in their primary bathroom, they turned to 6th Ave Homes to help reimagine the space—not just fix the problem. Their home, a stunning pier-and-beam Colonial on the outside, deserved a bathroom that felt equally timeless on the inside.

While the layout remained largely the same, the space underwent a thoughtful transformation. We guided them through finish selections that leaned transitional and classic, with a focus on clean, elevated simplicity. The existing vanity was given new life with a coat of Sherwin-Williams Iron Ore and topped with crisp white quartz. A dated tub was removed to make way for a spacious walk-in shower, complete with a bench, dual niches, frameless glass, and a sleek linear drain.

Though the finishes were understated, the result is a refresh that brings calm, function, and subtle polish to their forever home. It’s a quiet kind of beautiful—and exactly what the clients were looking for.
