A Westcliff transformation
When the clients bought this Westcliff home, it was already relatively updated. It just didn't feel like them. Rather than starting over, we focused on a thoughtful interior refresh that kept the existing layout intact while bringing the finishes, materials and overall aesthetic much more in line with their personal style.
Working collaboratively with the clients, 6th Ave Homes guided the project from custom design and floor plans through construction and furniture selections. We upgraded the everyday details that make a home feel elevated, including doors, baseboards, hardware, flooring and other finishes, while introducing more color and personality throughout. Greens and blues replaced the home's previously neutral palette, giving the spaces a more contemporary and intentional feel.
The bathrooms became some of the most memorable moments of the refresh. A dramatic, moody half bath brought an eclectic dose of personality, while the Jack-and-Jill bathroom received its own beautiful transformation. The primary suite took a completely different direction, leaning into a calm, spa-like aesthetic that feels distinctly serene.
Because we weren't moving walls or reworking the home's structure, the project stayed remarkably focused, and it stayed on timeline, on budget and true to the original design vision. Sometimes a home doesn't need to be reinvented. It just needs the right details to finally feel like the people who live there.
