Yes, you can hire us for just one part
Do I have to use 6th Ave Homes for the whole project?
No. Hire us for one piece or all of it: just the design, just the floor plans, just the build, or the whole thing start to finish. Most clients start with one and add the rest once they see how it goes.
Can I hire just your design or drafting team?
Yes. Our interior design and permit-ready floor plans are sold standalone, cheaper than an architect and construction-literate, and you can build them with whoever you want.
What areas do you serve?
We remodel and build across Fort Worth and the surrounding area; our interior design and drafting travel anywhere; pool and outdoor work stays focused on Fort Worth, where our crews are on site constantly.
How do you price a project?
Construction is billed cost-plus (the real cost of materials and labor plus a transparent, visible fee) and we give you a real number before anything starts. No vague bids, no mid-project surprises.
