A floor plan that actually works for how you live, permit-ready drawings for an addition or an ADU, a custom-home plan, an as-built of the house you already own, or a 3D render to see it before you build it. We draw all of it, grounded in what things really cost to build.
Hire us for the drawings alone: take them to your own contractor, or build it yourself. And because plans travel, we draft for homeowners, and for builders and investors, anywhere in Texas.

Do I have to be renovating to hire your designers?
Not at all. Design in a Day, furniture selection, and styling all work on a finished house. No demo required. Come for one room or the whole vision.
Can you just draw the plans without doing the whole project?
Yes. Our in-house drafting team does floor plans, addition and ADU plans, 3D renderings, and permit-ready drawings as a standalone service. Take them to any contractor, or build them yourself.
What’s the difference between hiring your drafting team and an architect?

Can you design my home if I live outside Fort Worth?
Yes. Design and drafting aren’t bound by a drive time. We’ve designed a home as far as New Orleans, and plans and design boards travel anywhere in Texas and beyond.
What’s the difference between Design in a Day and a Custom Design Package?
Design in a Day is one three-hour consult and a written plan for a single room on a budget. A Custom Design Package is full-service for a whole-home, walls-coming-down project: drawn, selected, and built end to end.
Can you draw an as-built of a house I already own?
Yes. We measure the existing house and draw an accurate as-built set: the true starting point for a renovation, an addition, or an ADU. No guessing off an old plan that never matched the walls.
Do you draft for builders and investors, or only homeowners?
Both. Builders, investors, and homeowners all use our drafting team as a standalone service: floor plans, additions, ADUs, and permit-ready sets you own outright and can build with any crew.
What does design or a floor plan cost?
It depends on scope, so we quote it honestly instead of pinning a number to a page. Design in a Day is a single flat-rate consult; drafting and full-service design are priced per project once we understand the house and the goal. Tell us what you’re planning and we’ll put real numbers to it.
Do you handle permits and engineering?
We draw the permit-ready set and coordinate the structural engineering to get the plans stamped and submitted to the city, so the drawings that leave our office are ready to pull a permit, not just pretty pictures.
