For agents · 6th Ave Homes

A Fort Worth brokerage where agents help each other grow

Agents here share what's working instead of guarding it. You get training every week, a marketer who helps you build your brand, photo and video every quarter, and in-house construction and design your clients can use.

Why agents call us

Agents usually call us for one of three reasons

You don't have to be unhappy to be looking.

We've had this conversation a lot. Whichever one it is, start with a conversation — we'd rather hear what you're building than pitch you.

Your brokerage
Leadership isn't around. The support you were promised never showed up. The whole thing seems built for them, not for you.
Your business
The leads have thinned out, the systems you built are held together with tape, and you've plateaued without being able to see what would change it.
Your why
You're still closing and it stopped meaning much.

The point of all of it

What changes about your week

You stop paying for the pieces

Canva Pro and 200+ templates, the collateral and photo libraries, quarterly headshots and shoots, the software, E&O. The line items most agents buy for themselves come with the desk.

Somebody on staff is building your brand with you

We have a full-time marketer on staff who will work on your brand with you — what you put out, how you show up, what you want to be known for.

There’s training on the calendar every single week

In person or virtual. It’s optional, and nobody takes attendance.

People here hand you what’s working

The agent two desks over will tell you what got their last listing sold. Nobody is protecting their own number from you — that’s the whole culture, and it’s the thing our agents mention first.

Your clients get answers you used to go hunting for

Can that wall come down, what would this cost, is the yard big enough — the people who build it are down the hall, and they will tell you before you leave the house.

January starts with a plan, not a resolution

Every January the whole team goes through our Vision Guide framework and sets the year on paper. Then people senior to you look at it with you.

What comes with the desk

The whole list, in four parts

Compare it to what your brokerage gives you today.

01

Purpose

Before we talk about deals, we talk about what you’re building.

The Vision Guide, every January

The whole team goes through the same framework at the start of the year and puts the next twelve months on paper — what you’re building, and what it would take. Then somebody senior sits with you and reads it back.

A values-driven team

Ambitious people working hard for each other, not just for their own number. We talk about our values daily, not once a year at an offsite.

An open-handed culture
Nobody here has to protect their number from the person sitting next to them.
The Leadership Fieldguide
A step-by-step guide for getting clear on the vision and staying pointed at it.
The Daily Habit Journal
The small decisions compound. This is where you keep them.
Events through the year, and the mastermind
Several real ones, plus a mastermind. Worth clearing the calendar for.
02

Pipeline

The marketing foundation, and the people who run it with you.

A custom website you build and own

We teach you to build it with AI and walk you through the whole thing. Your name, your logins, yours to change any time.

A full-time marketer helping you build your brand

A person on staff who works on your brand with you — how you show up, what you put out, what you are known for. Most agents are figuring that out alone at night.

Quarterly photo and video shoots

Headshots, photography and video, four times a year — the pieces most agents end up booking and paying for themselves.

A podcast studio in our Fort Worth office

We own one. It’s yours to book.

Canva Pro, and 200+ templates
The account and the library, already built and already on brand.
The collateral and photo libraries
Marketing collateral and photography to pull from, so you’re not starting a listing packet from a blank page.

03

Productivity

A modern stack, real people to hand things to, and training you can use the next day.

Training, every single week

In person or virtual, top of the line, and optional on purpose. The agents who use it get better faster; nobody is marked absent.

Something new built for you every quarter

Something tangible you can use immediately. One quarter it was an entire AI training program, built when AI started changing how the best agents worked and nobody knew where to start.

AI tools, and training on them

Practical and hands-on, and enough of it that you walk out using the thing the next morning instead of wondering what everyone else has figured out.

Admin assistance
For the work that doesn’t need your license.
A transaction coordinator you can hire
When you want the file off your hands, ours is there — you pay for it deal by deal, and only on the deals you want it.
Campaign playbooks you can run
The blueprints for prospecting and target campaigns — written down, tested here, and yours to run.
You can get Jamey on your marketing strategy
Jamey Ice, one of the founders, will sit down with you on marketing strategy. He does it because he likes it.
Mentorship for your first three transactions
Texas requires a new agent’s first three to be mentored. We run a real program for it, plus training built for newly licensed agents.
04

Profit

Two more ways to get paid here.

Referral bonuses on construction and design

Send a client down the hall to our construction or design teams and there’s a bonus in it for you when their project wraps. Our agents treat it as a real second line of income, because it is one.

In-house designers, drafters and builders your clients can use

Pricing, feasibility, and what a renovation would really cost — down the hall, instead of waiting on a subcontractor to call you back.

E&O insurance
Covered.
Your structure gets built around your production
We build it around what you produce, and we walk you through all of it in person.

Training

Some of the best training in this city, and it runs every week

Training runs every week, in person or virtual, and it's the kind you can use on a listing appointment the next morning. It's optional. Nobody takes attendance.

Small Steps, Big Results
Twelve weeks on lead generation, follow-up and building a pipeline that holds.
Your Guide to Texas Real Estate
Five weeks on the transaction — representation, deadlines, inspections, negotiation.
Irreplaceable Agent
Six sessions on what makes you the one they call, built around AI rather than afraid of it.

Underneath those sit the AI Playbook, the Weekly Move — a fifteen-minute exercise for your business every week, archived so you can go back through it — and a resource library of the forms, checklists and marketing pieces you'd otherwise build yourself.

Where the money comes from

Your broker is on your side of the table

The owners of 6th Ave Homes build and renovate houses — they're not agents competing with you for leads. Our broker can't take a lead either. When one comes into this office, it goes to the agent it fits.

That's also what pays for everything on this page. The shoots, the marketer, the training, the tools — that's where the money goes.

We call it open-handed. People here hand you their playbook before you ask.

For the record

There are three kinds of brokerage in Fort Worth. We built a fourth.

The flat fee

A login, a stack of how-to-be-an-agent guides, and good luck. A cheap place to hang your license.

The big box

Real brand, real footprint, decent tools. You're also a number, and once the paperwork is signed you're on your own.

The boutique

Usually built on one excellent agent who wanted a team. The owner ends up competing with the people who work there.

6th Ave Homes

A brokerage attached to a construction and design company, where the owners aren't agents and the agents hand each other what's working.

What runs without you

While you're at a showing, your business keeps moving

Your business has more than one person working on it. Training is already on the calendar, the marketer is already working on your brand, and when something goes sideways there are people here who pick up.

You'd be joining a team that's already winning

“Three years in, and what’s kept me at 6th Ave Homes is the whole package — the culture, the hands-on access to design, construction, and branding, and how well the brokerage represents Fort Worth itself. The ties to our historic communities, the support for local entertainment and other industries, it’s real. I feel like I’m part of this city’s growth, not just selling it.”
Andrew V.

Real estate agent, three years at 6th Ave Homes

“I absolutely love working at 6th Avenue Homes. From day one, I’ve felt like family—not just a number. Brian, Jamey, and Jimmy go above and beyond to help me grow my business and become the best REALTOR® I can be.

What makes 6th Avenue Homes so special is that they truly invest in their people. They give so much of themselves to help each agent succeed, and that commitment is evident in everything they do. Everyone is willing to help, encourage, and celebrate one another.

It’s such a supportive, collaborative, and creative place to work, and I’m incredibly grateful to be part of the 6th Avenue Homes family.”

Jenny M.

“I absolutely love being part of 6th Ave. From the beginning, I felt welcomed, supported and valued, not just as an agent, but as a person. There’s a culture here that’s hard to put into words until you experience it. You’re surrounded by people who want to see you succeed, are willing to help, and truly care about one another. I’m incredibly grateful I made the move to 6th Ave and feel like I found where I belong. The culture is something really special, and definitely worth protecting.”

Lauren D.
“The amount of support and continuing education is undeniable. 6th ave is 100% a family, you can work at your own pace with as little or as much guidance as you need, depending on your level and experience as an agent.”
Joanna B.
“Definitely don’t just feel like a number, you feel like you’re a part of a family who cheer each other on and wants everyone to win.”
Holly E.

The honest part

Nothing bad happens if you stay. That's the problem.

Most agents who call us aren't in crisis. They've plateaued — and another year at the same brokerage is another year at the same number. That doesn't change on its own.

Or next year looks different

Come see it

The office is a house

Thirty-three seconds inside the Fort Worth office: the front porch, the hallway where most of the real conversations happen, the studio where the photos get shot, and the long table where finishes get picked. Nobody here has a cubicle.

Turn the sound on.

The guest pass

Come sit in before you tell anyone anything

You can come to a training session or a mastermind as our guest. No commitment, no application, and nothing that gets back to anybody. Sit in the room, watch how people talk to each other, and decide what you think.

Most of what's on this page is easier to believe once you've seen it happen.

Ask for a guest pass

Tell us you'd like to sit in. That's the whole ask.

How this goes

Three steps, and the first one is coffee

You aren't signing anything by having coffee with us.

  1. 01

    Coffee

Bring last year’s numbers, or don’t. Either way we’d rather hear what you’re trying to build than pitch you.

  2. 02

    We show you the numbers

Your structure, your production, and what your first quarter here would look like.

  3. 03

    A straight answer

If it’s a fit we’ll say so and set a date. If it’s not, we’ll tell you that too, and quickly.

The one-stop-shop advantage

Three things you can offer a client that most Fort Worth brokerages can't

Construction

Your seller needs a real renovation before listing — a kitchen, a primary bath, a wall moved. You walk them down the hall to our construction team and stay in the loop the whole way.

See the work

Design & Floor Plans

Your buyer can’t picture the finished house. Our designers can show them. And our in-house drafting team can draw the addition, permit-ready.

Interior design Floor plans

Pool & Outdoor

For a lot of buyers, the backyard decides it. We build pools and outdoor spaces, so you can answer that question yourself.

Questions agents ask

If yours isn't here, it's probably one of the ones we'd rather answer in person.

The ones we won't post are the ones worth asking in person.

What does 6th Ave Homes give its agents?
A culture where people help each other. Training every week. A full-time marketer who helps you build your own brand. Photo and video every quarter, Canva Pro with 200+ templates, the collateral and photo libraries, the full software stack, admin help, E&O, and in-house construction, design and drafting for your clients.
Do you build me a website?
No — and we think what we do instead is better. We walk you through building a custom site with AI, and then it’s yours. You own it, your name is on it, and you can change it yourself on a Tuesday night without filing a request with anybody. Most agents we meet either have no site or have one they cannot touch.
So what do I pay every month?
There’s a cost to being here, and it covers things you’re almost certainly paying for somewhere already — including a broker and a broker admin who read every contract that goes out the door. We’ll walk you through the whole structure, split included, with your numbers on the table. It only makes sense seen all at once.
What is the commission split?
That’s a conversation, and we’d rather have it with your production on the table than post one number for everybody. What we’ll say here is that the structure’s flexible, it’s competitive, and it gets built around what you produce. Because 6th Ave Homes also designs and builds, the brokerage isn’t where we make our living — which changes the math in a way that’s easier to show you than to write.
What happens to my current listings if I move?
They are yours and your seller’s to decide on, and the mechanics depend on your current agreement — so it’s the first thing we would walk through together rather than something to guess at on a web page.
Do you take brand-new agents?
Yes, when the fit is right. Texas requires your first three transactions to be mentored, and we have a real program behind that rather than a signature on a form, plus training built specifically for people who just got licensed. Most of the agents here came in experienced, so a new agent is joining a room with a lot of answers in it.
Do I have to use 6th Ave Homes for construction and design?
No. Refer your client to our teams when it helps them and leave it alone when it doesn’t. When you do refer, there’s a bonus in it for you when the project wraps — our agents treat it as a real second line of income.
Can I do this part time?
Yes. We have agents building a part-time practice and it’s a real path here, and a real part of how this office works. What it looks like for you is one of the things we’d work out together.
